Coro San Benildo has been the official resident chorale group of the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde under the School Organization of the Office of CUlture and Arts. Founded in 1990 by Mr. Rodel Bugarin, the choir has evolved through the years, and since 2008 until the present, the group has been under the professional hands of choirmaster Mr. Lorenzo C. Gealogo. Coro San Benildo have been part of several performances, bringin with them innovative and creative showmanship towards performing which earned them various achievements outside the campus and recognitions from the Lasallian Community. They participated in the 1st European Union Choral Competition which was held at the Far Eastern University and garnered 3rd Place, also the Annual "Paskong Pinoy: MBC National Choral Competition" held every December, which is organized by the Manila Boradcasting Company(MBC) allowed the group to compete in the national level. Having a consistent growth that helped to reach a high level of spontaneity, Coro San Benildo is an active member of the Koro Filipino: The Philippine Choral Guild.  At present, Coro San Benildo continues to share and hone their passion for music and for God’s glory.





About the LOGO
The logo is enmeshed with a G-clef associated with CSB intended to keep a Filipino touch in the symbol to instill racial legacy and avow the association of Coro San Benildo and College of St. Benilde. The notes in the bar suggest a music piece close to the chorale. (The logo was made by Manu Reyes batch 1996-1998)
